Loellke Commercial Real Estate is built to empower both - the developers and property owners on one side, the entrepreneurs and business owners on the other - to work together and transform communities through the platform of commercial real estate.
Your building competes for tenants every day. We help landlords create spaces tenants actually want - then fill them with new, growing, and established businesses. The right space is a growth engine: visibility, foot traffic, a front door that invites people in.
For a business, buying your building is a milestone. For an owner, selling one is a legacy decision. We handle both across office, retail, and industrial - with an eye for what the property can become.
Every building an investor buys is a stage for someone’s business. We help investors acquire and position properties entrepreneurs actually desire to lease - assets that perform because the businesses inside them do.
Loellke Commercial Real Estate is a brokerage through and through. We lease, sell, and position all asset classes of commercial property across the Kansas City metro. But OUR WHY behind the work is bigger than any single deal.
Developers and investors risk millions on a vision. Landlords stake their capital on a property’s future. Entrepreneurs and business owners risk everything on an idea. Our mission is to empower all of them - the risk-takers - to work together. Because when they do, blocks come alive, neighborhoods transform, and the communities we live in change forever. All thanks to the entrepreneurs and property owners bold enough to turn a vision into something so real, you only need to open a door to experience it.
We understand every deal we touch has an impact far beyond the property itself. Great real estate attracts great businesses. Great businesses bring people together. And at the end of the day, people are the reason this work matters.
You place the first bet. We help you acquire, position, and fill property that businesses actually desire - so the vision pays.
Your building competes every day. We position it, market it like an offer, and fill it with tenants who make it more valuable.
You’re betting everything. We find the space that moves your business forward and negotiate it like it’s our own.
The flywheel to the right explains the work in its simplest form.
Great real estate gives great businesses a place to grow. Great businesses bring people in. People create energy, activity, and connection. And that momentum is what transforms a community over time.
When I built this website, I didn’t want it to be just another digital business card. I wanted it to be incredibly valuable to anyone who visited. So I asked one question: how can someone leave here better than they arrived?
So I wrote down the lessons I’ve learned from my years in the field - sometimes the hard way - and culminated them into this Notebook. Some notes are meant to help you make money. Some are meant to help you save money. Others are meant to help you buy back your time and make better decisions with your property or leased space. My hope is that at least one gives you something useful you can put to work today.
The value equation applied to commercial real estate: why tenants really say no, and the four levers that make a space impossible to pass up.
Read the NoteHow to walk your competition, find your property’s real edge, and communicate it in the language tenants actually make decisions in.
Read the NoteOwn or manage a space that should be leasing faster? Send it over. You’ll get a straight answer on where it stands against its competition and what I’d change - no charge, no strings, no pitch.
My obsession with real estate didn’t start with a deal - it dates back to high school. Growing up in a small Illinois town north of St. Louis, I was fortunate enough to take a business class where the instructor spent the entire semester teaching us Dave Ramsey lessons.
That class lit a fire. From then on, I consumed everything I could find on personal finances. In my research, I found that one avenue of investing money is real estate. From that moment, I was hooked.
For the rest of my high school career and throughout college, I watched video after video I could find on real estate investing.
The plan was simple. Flip houses and stack residential rentals. Then a mentor introduced me to commercial real estate, and I never looked back since.
There’s something so beautiful about the commercial side of real estate in that communities are created where countless businesses and people interact with one another. All because of the ambition, boldness, and resilience from property owners and entrepreneurs working together to bring a vision to life.
I started in this industry in 2019 and have no plans to go anywhere. I’ve worked on all types of deals in this industry - investment sales, leasing, landlord representation, owner-user deals, etc. And I fall more in love with my work every day.
This industry is my home.
